Independent Living Facility (ILF) - Our Independent Living Facilities are homes that are uniquely designed to provide shared structured housing for adults who may not have the resources or capability to secure their own accommodation.

Affordable

Fully-Furnished Shared Living Model

where at least two beds are provided in each bedroom.

Residents are given the option of choosing a private room

depending on their needs and the availability of rooms at the time of application.

The facility also provides communal spaces

such as living rooms, kitchens, and laundry areas.

This model fosters a sense of community

and also promotes independence and self-reliance.

All facilities are run independently without on-site supervision

and are governed by a set of easy to follow rules and expectations.

The facility is monitored and secured

by a camera system.
