2. Services Provided


3 Eleven Living Solutions provides safe and affordable housing options for displaced adults. While we strive to offer supportive and reliable services, housing availability and specific accommodations are subject to change based on availability and eligibility.


3. Eligibility


To qualify for housing through 3 Eleven Living Solutions, applicants must:


Be at least 18 years of age. Complete any required applications and provide accurate information. Comply with all lease agreements, community rules, and program requirements. We reserve the right to decline or terminate housing services if eligibility criteria are not met or if provided information is false or misleading.


4. Community Rules


Residents must abide by all community guidelines provided upon placement. Failure to comply may result in termination of housing services. Key expectations include, but are not limited to:


Respecting the rights and privacy of other residents. Maintaining a safe and clean living environment. Following all federal, state, and local laws.


5. Fees and Payments


Certain services may require payment of fees, deposits, or rent. Payment terms will be disclosed in the housing agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in late fees, eviction, or legal action.


6. Confidentiality and Privacy


We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through applications or service use is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Eleven Living Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or facilities.


8. Changes to Terms


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.


9. Termination


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or website access at our sole discretion, without notice, if these Terms are violated.


10. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of SC, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Katara Johnson

(Myers)


She is a compassionate and driven social worker with a passion for helping vulnerable populations. She was born and raised in South Carolina, where she developed a strong sense of community and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

She earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Science from Allen University, where she gained a broad understanding of social issues and developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills. During her studies, she volunteered at local community organizations, working with children and adults with special needs and disabilities. It was during this time that Katara discovered her passion for helping those who are often marginalized by society.

After graduation, she began her career in case management and social work, working with children and adults with special needs and disabilities. She quickly became known for her caring approach and her ability to connect with her clients on a personal level. Her dedication to her clients' well-being and her strong advocacy skills led to many successful outcomes.

She also worked with homeless veterans and families, where she provided housing assistance and supportive services to help them get back on their feet. She worked tirelessly to secure resources and support for her clients, often going above and beyond to ensure their needs were met.

Her passion for social work and her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues and clients alike. She continues to seek out new opportunities to grow and develop her skills as a social worker, and she looks forward to a long and fulfilling career in the field.

Taneka Daise


She is a talented nursing professional who was born and raised in South Carolina. She has always had a passion for helping others, and this led her to pursue a career in nursing. Taneka earned her bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of South Carolina in Aiken, where she gained the knowledge and skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care.

With a background in neuro care, she has a deep understanding of the complex needs of patients with neurological disorders. Her expertise in this area has allowed her to provide exceptional care to patients with conditions such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries.

In addition to her work in neuro care, she has also dedicated her career to helping adults with special needs and mental and physical disabilities. Her compassionate and patient-centered approach has helped her to build strong relationships with her patients and provide them with the care and support they need to live their best lives.

As a travel nurse, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain experience in different areas of nursing. Her flexibility and adaptability have allowed her to excel in her role and provide excellent care to patients across the country.

Throughout her career, she has been committed to staying up-to-date on the latest advances in nursing and healthcare.

She is a lifelong learner and is always seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the world. She is a dedicated community volunteer and is passionate about giving back to those in need.
