Housing Referral Program

Our Housing Referral Agency (HRA) plays a vital role in bridging the gap between housing providers and adults in need of safe, affordable, and stable housing. We work closely with case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and community partners to ensure individuals are matched with housing options that support long-term stability and independence.

Each potential resident completes a comprehensive intake assessment that considers key factors such as affordability, location, accessibility, and overall housing readiness. This thoughtful approach allows us to identify housing and living solutions that best align with individual needs and desires.

At 3Eleven Living Solutions, we believe everyone deserves a place to call home.

If you operate a shared housing program, co-living community, or group home and are seeking to fill available beds, we are here to support you. Likewise, if you are a case manager, social worker, or discharge planner assisting individuals in need of housing, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate.
