Who We Serve

3Eleven Living Solutions serves single, independent adults who can safely live in a shared housing environment, including individuals who are:

• Military veterans

• Actively aging seniors

• Justice-impacted or returning citizens

• Trauma survivors

• Disabled individuals

• Transitioning from a treatment facility or shelter

• Young adults who have aged out of foster care

• Unhoused or displaced individuals

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

You may be eligible for our housing program if you:

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Successfully complete an intake assessment with a member of our team

• Have a valid government-issued photo ID

• Can provide proof of income

• Are able to live independently and thrive in a shared living environment

• Are open to receiving supportive services as needed

• Agree to follow all house rules and program expectations

Additional information may be requested on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

• We do not require credit checks

• We do not conduct eviction history checks

• Our housing model is not a treatment program or licensed care facility

Referrals

We welcome both professional and self-referrals and frequently receive referrals from:

• Case managers and social workers

• Community-based and nonprofit organizations

• Healthcare and behavioral health providers

• Families or friends seeking reliable housing solutions for loved ones
